My name is Ashton, but feel free to call me Ash, Ghost, or Ghostblade. I'm an asexual & level 2 autistic guy who enjoys my simple little life. I don't have my instrument rating (yet), but I have gone through most of my instrument training and LOVE instrument flying. I have plans to get it someday. I've commissioned them multiple times, and he is easily one of my favorite artists.I don't want be famous and have a ton of subscribers. This is simply a hobby for me. With that said, I hope I can create some joy, deep thoughts, spark an interesting conversation, or share a new perspective to a person or two along the way.I'm not asking you to check out my content. If I need to convince you to watch my videos, they're not worth watching. I'm just informing you of what my content is like so you can decide if this is a place for you. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms of service outlined below.1) Payment will be upfront via PayPal, CashApp, or Ko-fi. I may accept other payment methods if necessary.2) Revisions are free with sensibility. I want to make your commission perfect for you, but the revision requests must be within reason. Constant significant revisions will result in a fee or be turned down.3) If a deadline is requested, it must be discussed before the commission has begun. Deadlines may incur a priority fee depending on the requested delivery date.4) Refunds will not be given. Please be sure you are financially stable before commissioning me. I don’t want to take your money if it's needed elsewhere. I can wait, I promise.5) Communication will be through Discord. Do not message me daily, as it only makes the process stressful for me. I will keep you updated throughout your commission. If still want to request updates, please only ask every 72 hours.6) If you are consistently rude, disrespectful, or otherwise unpleasant to work with, your commission will be dropped with no refund. For the vast majority of you, this part is of no concern.7) I have full rights to stream, record, upload, post, etc. my process and completed version of the artwork. If you do not want your commission to be publicly posted, this will incur a +100% fee of the commission price, and you must let me know by the time I complete the commission. I will not delete artwork I have already posted.8) You have exclusive rights to use the commissioned piece for personal use such as profile pictures and wallpapers. However, please credit my website (brokenghostblade.carrd.co) or ToyHouse (Ghostblade) when using it in public spaces and when people ask who made it.9) Your commission is not allowed for monetized/commercial use unless a commercial fee is paid. The fee will be determined by what you intend to do with it. You must disclose if the commission is for monetized/commercial use prior to the commission.11) You are strictly forbidden from using my art to train AI, uploading my art into AI, or otherwise mingling my art with AI in any capacity. The same applies for NFTs. You also cannot reupload my art anywhere.12) Do not trace, heavily reference, colorpick my artwork, claim you created it, or any other immoral act regarding my work.This list is not comprehensive. I reserve the right to decline anything not listed here.
